Flake is what gives the floor its depth and hides the everyday dirt between cleanings. Most customers choose in about two minutes, and most land on a black, white, and gray mix or one of the warm brown blends that hide Cedar Valley dust better than anything else we install. Standard flake is quarter inch, smaller and larger sizes are available, and every floor gets a full broadcast wall to wall, never a light sprinkle over bare base coat.
